After 20 years of running a full service advertising agency, I’ve decided to go solo so that I can take on new and exciting projects and work remotely from wherever life may take me.

I have worked in the media, marketing and advertising industries for over 30 years. I began my creative career in radio in the 1970s as both a copywriter and a voiceover specialist, at a time when hearing female voices on the radio was out of the ordinary.
Having spent time with three Canberra advertising agencies, I gained trust and loyalty from all of my clients, leading to the establishment of Ideas & Directions in 1994. A full service agency, I&D focused on graphic design and event management, along with web development and branding.
I pride myself on understanding my clients’ needs and thinking laterally to solve their problems with a down to earth, spirited and uncompromising approach.
I write copy, develop concepts and provide marketing advice as a freelance professional. As a creative consultant, I can also assist with branding, web design and events.
